DURING THE ALIGN PHASE
after a particular location or locations for prevention efforts are selected, neighborhood health and safety measures are baselined and a strategic plan for cross-sector prevention efforts is developed collaboratively.
DURING THE PREVENT PHASE
specific prevention program recommendations are collaboratively developed based on the unique needs of the area, execution of prevention strategies is supported, and accountability and responsiveness to ongoing health and safety measures are encouraged.
